  • Standard delivery includes ground-floor drop-off unless otherwise specified.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure safe access for delivery (e.g., clear stairways, entry width).

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or access issues may incur additional charges.

  • Return within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging.
