🚚 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all locations across the United Kingdom.
If you are outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@deeplaybeds.co.uk before purchasing.

🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order beds typically take 3–5 working days for manufacturing before dispatch.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for delivery.

📦 Delivery Timeframes

🏠 Delivery Service Options

🔹 Ground Floor Delivery (Standard)

  • Delivered to your front door (ground floor only).

  • Free for most UK postcodes.

🔹 Room of Choice Delivery (Optional)

  • For an extra fee, we can deliver to a specific room (up to the first floor).

  • Please ensure clear access and notify us in advance if special handling is needed.

🔹 Assembly Service (Optional)

  • If selected at checkout, our team will unpack and assemble your bed.

  • Available in selected areas – contact us to confirm.

📍 Delivery Appointments

  • You will be contacted by our delivery team via phone or email to schedule your delivery.

  • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur a re-delivery fee.

🚫 Missed or Failed Deliveries

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available at the delivery address on the agreed date.

  • All access points (hallways, doors, stairs) are clear and suitable for delivery.

If delivery fails due to:

  • No one being home

  • Inaccessible property

  • Incorrect delivery details

You may be charged for re-delivery.

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes.

  • Large beds and furniture items may require two-person handling and may arrive via our own fleet or third-party couriers.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
